Our return policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items: Please note that downloadable software products are not eligible for a return.

Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Without this, we will not be able to process your return.

Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted. If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, you may be granted a partial refund at our discretion.

Please inspect your items carefully upon receiving them and contact us immediately if the goods are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong items, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your business.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Taśmowa 1, 02-677 Warsaw, Poland. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you need to return an item for reasons other than receiving a damaged or defective product, the cost of return shipping will be at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Please consider this prior to making your return, as we aim to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible for you. Thank you for your understanding.
